Basic ingredients:
40g plain oats
1 fat free yogurt of your choice
Fruit/flavorings to your taste
Method:
Layer all ingredients so there is a thin-ish layer of oats
with enough yogurt to soak into them overnight and add fruit/other toppings to
your taste.
I tend to layer oats/frozen fruit and then yogurt so the fruit defrosts into the oats - DO NOT use fresh fruit as it just sits there and you're going to end up with a very dry oaty breakfast! You can give it a good stir the night before if you're not bothered about how it looks, it'll mix better and soak in but will be a more ugly breakfast!!

Flavour combinations:
Apple Strudel – 2 syns for the sultanas
Add grated granny smith apple, a dusting of mixed spice and
a sprinkle of sultanas in each layer
I used a Muller light vanilla with chocolate sprinkles

Fruits of the Forest – syn free
I used two Weight Watchers strawberry tart yogurts with fresh berries on the top for a really refreshing choice. You can add a tablespoon of chia seeds too for a couple of syns, they add a really good texture and you only need about a teaspoon of them. THis version has fresh fruit inside so extra yogurt as there's no frozen fruit defrosting in there.
