I made chocolate banana walnut and they were absolutely
delicious. All up the cookies were 2
syns each or 3 if you’ve already used your heb.
Ingredients:
40g oats (heb)
1 tablespoon Nutella (4 syns)
1 banana (4 syns per 100g)
1 egg
Walnuts (or sultanas/choc chips) – optional (add syns if
using)
Method:
Microwave Nutella for about 20 seconds to soften it
Add the oats and mix well
Beat the egg and add to the mixture
Squash your banana and add to the other ingredients,
stirring everything to make sure you have everything evenly mixed. If you want to add walnuts, sultanas or
chocolate chips add them now and stir through
I put these in individual silicone bun cases to cook, they
hold their shape better and it stops the Nutella melting away!

From these ingredients I get six cookies and cook them at
180 or gas mark 6 for about 15-20 minutes or until springy and firm on the top.

These cookies are very, very good still warm and gooey!!!
