McDonalds Breakfast Sandwich

I can't believe that this is only 1 syn.  As if that wasn't great on it's own it takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish, this has to be the ultimate weekend treat!

Ingredients:

Brown roll (HEB)
2 quorn sausage patties (1 syn for both)
3 bacon medallions (free)
2 egg omelette (free)
2 Dairylea slices (HEA)

Frylite

Method:
Spray the frying pan with Frylite and cook the quorn sausage pattys over a medium heat, turning every so often
When the pattys are about half done put the bacon medallions in the same pan
In a small bowl beat the eggs
I put a small cake tin in my frying pan to keep the omlette in shape, you can do this or use a separate pan.  Regardless make your omlette

Time to stack!

Base is a sausage patty

Then layer a cheese slice
Then two bacon medallions
Then a sausage patty
Then a cheese slice
Then your final bacon medallion

1 syn McDonalds - Slimming World style!
 You can put whatever you want in this but let me tell you, it's such a treat and I know you'll love it

If you can't find the quorn sausage pattys you can take any low fat sausage out of its casing and squash into a disc, just remember to syn if if it's not syn free
