These little brownie bites come in at 12 syns for the whole mixture,
I made 22 mini bites out of that but you could make bigger muffins if you
prefer.
They have the taste and
consistency of ‘proper’ cake which is a welcome change as I find lots of the
sweet things all have the same texture or base flavor.
You can make them extra decadent by crumbling
a curly wurly on the top before cooking….
50g SR flour (8 syns)
3 eggs
1 sachet options fudge (2 syns)
2 tsp cocoa (2 syns)
2 tablespoon vanilla fat free yogurt
4 tbsp syn free sweetener
2 tsp salted caramel essence
3 tablespoon water
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees or gas mark 6
Lightly spray mini muffin tin with frylite

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until you
have the consistency of a batter and distribute evenly into your muffin tin. Cook for @12 mins until the cakes are springy
to the touch.
Leave to cool slightly before
removing

If you want to add a curly wurly you can, just crumble
before cooking and sprinkle over the top, it will melt over the cake (6 syns)
