Sausage and Peppers in a hurry

This is a great meal for those nights when you don’t have much time.  It can also be boxed up and microwaved for a super speedy, tasty lunch.

Your only syns are from the sausages, I use NuMe low fat Cumberland from Morrisons which are 1 syn each, I’m fussy with sausages and don’t like the SW ones but if you do use them instead and the meal will be totally syn free.  Heck chicken Italia sausages are a good alternative too at only 1/2 a syn each.

Ingredients

3-4 sausages per person depending how hungry you are!
Red onion and peppers (I use frozen ones)
Red chilli finely chopped
Leftover rice
Garlic fry lite

Method

Heat the garlic fry lite in a wok or similar and add the chopped sausages, warm through
Add the peppers, onions and chilli and cook through
When almost done throw in the rice and again, warm through
Serve immediately.
Doesn’t get much easier than that!
