Ingredients
Chick peas in brine (drained)
Fry lite
Seasoning of your choice (piri piri, BBQ, paprika and
garlic salt – whatever you want)
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
Rinse the chick peas thoroughly and dry on paper towels
removing as much of the moisture as possible and put in a single layer on your
baking tray
Cover the chick peas with spices and bake for 40 minutes |
Spray with fry lite and coat thoroughly with the spices
making sure you give them a good shake to coat the peas evenly
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 shaking every 10-15 minutes or
so as you want them to be crisp all over
Serve immediately!
