Warm Breakfast Oats

2 syns per portion when using oats as HEB…but such a great use of 2 syns!

Ingredients (2 portions)

70g oats (I use Tesco organic oats)
1 Muller Light (any flavor, I used apple strudel)
1 large egg lightly beaten
2 tsp sweetener
2 tsp vanilla essence fruit (raspberries, blueberries, apples all work perfectly)

Method

Preheat oven to gas mark 6 or 180 degrees
Add oats, Muller Light, beaten egg and sweetener to the bowl, mix until all oats are covered
Add fruit.  I chopped apple and left the raspberries and blueberries whole
Lightly mix fruit through the oat mixture so its evenly distributed
Spoon into one or two bowls
Bake for approx. 30 mins or until golden brown
Serve immediately

**This tastes like a crumble and is just as good for a pudding as it is breakfast**
